IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please be advised that the New Jersey State Board of Mediation will be

increasing the maxium per diem fee charged by its arbitrators

from $1250 to $1500 effective January 1, 2022

Only cases assigned after January 1, 2022 will be eligible for the new rate.
